During the months of May, June, September and October reservations are not required, however they are suggested. During the summer months of July and August tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis and reservations are highly recommended. Tickets may be purchased in advance at our ticket office at 24 Harbor Loop, Gloucester or by telephone at 1-800-339-4253. We honor any local company’s discount offers, be sure to present it at time of purchase. Discounts may not be combined.

Each whale watch cruise is approximately 31/2 hours in duration and guided by our expert naturalists. Departure times are subject to change, please contact us for schedule updates and ticket availability.

Educational Tours
Capt. Bill and Sons Whale Watch are proud to offer the best package for students anywhere! Students will learn about the biology and conservation of whales and other marine mammals. Before we set sail, they become part of a research team with a ten minute introduction to whales. Careful instructions are given in the ”spotting techniques” for particular species by our scientists, naturalists, from The Whale Center of New England.
